Congratulations follows Dahlia as she wrestles with breaking off her relationship with her boyfriend Joshua, for whom she has been stuck making excuses pertaining to his lack of communication with/kindness toward her. Featuring the talents of Katie DeVries as Dahlia, Kode Johnson as Joshua, Jacky Heavner as Jodie, Sydney Lang as Laura, Gabbie Way as Joshua's Friend #1, and Emmalee Dorsey as Joshua's Friend #2.
